Lebson Realty
A bilingual real-estate platform for discovering rental communities across Greater Moncton. Listings live in Monday.com, flow through Make.com into WordPress, and are rendered by a Next.js front end, so the site updates at the pace of the leasing calendar.

What the work needed to do.
- Monday.com to WordPress to Next.js content pipeline
- Intent-led property discovery
- English and French experience
- Dedicated pre-leasing campaigns
01 · The pipeline
The leasing team already ran units, availability, and pricing in Monday.com, so that stayed the source of truth. Make.com scenarios watch those boards and push every change through the WordPress REST API, where properties, communities, and media are stored as structured content.
02 · Headless delivery
WordPress never renders a page. A Next.js front end on Vercel pulls the structured content through the API and builds the bilingual property and community pages, so a board update in Monday.com reaches the live site without anyone opening a CMS.
03 · Why it mattered
A small property team can publish at the speed of their leasing calendar, including dedicated pre-leasing campaigns for new buildings, while keeping the one operational tool they already trusted. Winning and delivering this scaffolding is some of the most complex work in this portfolio.
